    Phase 1 · Week 1

    AI Career Assessment

    Every candidate is assessed on technical skills, reasoning, communication, personality, learning ability, AI readiness and commitment — then receives a Green, Yellow or Red result with career counselling.

  2. 02

    Phase 2 · Weeks 2–8

    Build the Foundation

    Everyone masters modern AI tools, developer foundations and professional skills — from ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor to Git, Agile, business communication, LinkedIn and resume building.

  3. 03

    Phase 3 · Weeks 9+

    Choose Your Career Track

    Instead of a technology, you choose a career. Specialize in one of six AI career tracks and build 10–15 deployable, company-style projects.

  4. 04

    Phase 4 · Ongoing

    Placement & Beyond

    Interview preparation, mock interviews, weekly CEO reviews and unlimited placement support continue until you receive a qualifying offer.
